Strategic thinking and proactive actions have characterized the style of management of JUNG for a hundred years. As a pioneer of his time, in 1912 Albrecht Jung created the basis of the success story JUNG with the founding of the company and the development of its rotation 45 ° cord switch. In 1919, Ernst Paris, which was to become the son-in-law of Albrecht Jung, joined the company as a partner, and made a significant impression on the commercial side. It is thanks to them that the young company was able to weather the difficult times after the war and without any damage.
In the early 1960s the second generation took the helm in the form of Siegfried Jung, the son of Albrecht. A few years later, in 1967, the management team was expanded to include his friend Theodor Schulte in the field of sales. Together, the two new men at the top extended the commercial success of the family-run company even more.
More than 20 years the management of the company was transferred to the third generation, Harald Jung, grandson of the founder of the company. Also based his work on the guiding principle that has guaranteed the success of market so far: progress as tradition. It was initially supported by Heinz - Jürgen Kuhn and Malte Vinck, and even today by its two partners of management, Michael Eyrich and Martin Herms.
