Strategic thinking and proactive actions have characterized the style of management of JUNG for a hundred years. More than 20 years the management of the company was transferred to the third generation, Harald Jung, grandson of the founder of the company. Also based his work on the guiding principle that has guaranteed the success of market so far: progress as tradition. It was initially supported by Heinz - Jürgen Kuhn and Malte Vinck, and even today by its two partners of management, Michael Eyrich and Martin Herms.
