Enrico Francolini

Architect, studied at the University of Florence and Venice where he graduated in 1979. The passion and youth artistic searches take shape in many participations and collective and personal exhibitions, starting with a presence at the Venice Biennale in 1972, in the decorative arts section. Parallel to the pictorial search, his efforts are developed in the sectors of architecture and industrial drawing: over the years he has collaborated with some of the most prestigious companies in the furniture sector such as Cappellini, Foscarini , Knoll International, Moroso, Pallucco . Enrico Franzolini has begun his collaboration with PEDRALILab drawing the program for se-dute Jil: chair, armchair, lounge chair and stool, upholstered and with an oak structure. There is a wide range of fabrics and eco-leathers combined with oak, bleached or tobacco coloured. With a classic but current elegance, Jil is also the result of a meticulous study of proportions and ergonomics.
