Purchasing returns will be accepted up to 14 calendar days receipt of purchase, and that it will involve 100% of the refund of the merchandise purchased (except for specific exceptions and demerit if it should be applied according to specifications in paragraph shopping guide). Return (freight) charges shall be payable by the customer.

Request a return

This must send us an e-mail to Info@Select-light.com indicating return request, and once received our answer, send us the goods freight prepaid. Once you have checked your perfect condition, labelling and original packaging, and that there has been no use, we will always make your refund through transfer. In the event of a payment card shall apply 4% of demerit. Select Light reserves the right to apply demerit in the event that such conditions are not fulfilled.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed when the return by mistake in shipment of the product, or if the goods had been defective.

Breakage in transit

All breakage must be communicated within 2 working days from the received material to allow us to claim our carriers. Unfortunately, is not can claim nothing outside this period.

Asked by Error / no longer need it

If you ordered a wrong item by mistake or your customer requires no longer lamp, in the majority of cases refund is subject to a rate of replacement on the PVP. Provided that the lamps are returned in perfect condition, this rate will be 10% on products in stock and 25% in the case of orders to manufacturer, unless is has warned previously that it is a special order and may not be returned.

Defective product / warranty claim

If a product does not work or stops working what apparently is a defect of the product, please use the usual return to return this lamp. 

Wrong product supply

We work hard to ensure that the right product is sent to them, but in the event that a product is delivered them incorrectly we will pay them all of the lamp once received. Please consult with our sales department before ordering a change to make sure not to repeat the mistake.

Please note that in all circumstances you must obtain a shipping number before sending the product back to Select Light. Products must be returned in its original packaging, which must not be damaged in any way, so therefore, we recommend to send it into another extra packing. Unfortunately, if these conditions are not met it limits our ability to sell lamp, we reserve the right to increase fees or refuse the shipment.
