The Gea collection takes its name from the original goddess, mother earth. The stylized lamps that compose it resemble upright female figures that defy verticality, wrapped in a ribbed veil of painted stainless steel mesh that adheres to their subtle curves. The Gea floor lamp, designed by Arturo Álvarez , features a zipper that allows the handmade mesh piece to be opened or closed. It emits a soft and enveloping light, which is distributed evenly throughout the structure. The main piece of the collection, which won a Good Design Award in 2007, is the floor lamp, an elegant sculptural volume that integrates into any environment, providing a note of distinction to the room.
