"We don't ask to be eternal beings, we only ask that things do not lose all their meaning. – Antoine de Saint Exupéry" Neri & Hu Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu are the founding partners of Neri and Hu Design and Research Office , a design practice incorporating architecture, master planning, interior design, product design and graphic design based in Shanghai, China, which won the AR Awards for Emerging Architecture 2010 by Architectural Review, UK and was selected as a one of the ten Vanguard Design companies 2009 by Architectural Record, USA. Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu also founded Design Republic, a design platform that promotes and sells a unique collection of products created by the world's top design talent. Aside from Architecture and Interiors, Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu are actively working on a number of industrial design products for various brands in Europe, including Moooi , BD Barcelona Design and Meritalia, at the same time developing their own line of products under the 'neri y hu' brand monicker, which was honored to receive the Perspective Award, the Red Dot Award and ID magazine's Annual Design Review Awards. Before founding both Neri and Hu Design and Office of Research and Design Republic, Lyndon Neri was project manager in Asia for Michael Graves & Associates, and was the partner in charge of "Three on the Bund" in Shanghai. Lyndon Neri received his bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and his master's degree in architecture from Harvard University. Rossana Hu got her own design studio in Princeton, New Jersey after 4 years of working at Michael Graves & Associates.
