Zmik

"Our rule of proportion: Object – Action – Space" ZMIK Rolf Indermühle and Mattias Mohr form the Swiss Studio for Spacial Design Zmik. Zmik was founded in 2006 and exists to create singular, daring and precise space environments. Zmik operates on the fringes of different disciplines, such as interior design, exhibition design and furniture design, combining these to achieve integrated solutions to complex questions. Zmik's work has been nominated for the Swiss Design Award 09 and the 2011 and 2012 World Contract Award. In 2012 Zmik has been shortlisted by Philippe Starck as one of the finalistst for the MOOOI MARCO Award 2012. Rolf Indermühle has also works as an assistant professor at the Institute for Interior Design and Scenography in Basel.
